We now have proper Gift Certificates! They are basically:

There is a green Gift Certificate file upstairs above Karen’s desk.
The procedure:
• Fill out one of the orange JRDA Gift Certificate Booking Forms (ALL fields please)
• Take payment as per usual methods
• Fill out the gift certificate making sure you use the voucher number that is sequentially listed in the ‘Register’ section of the file
• Fill out the Register section; date, issued to, quantity, for, payment details etc
And that’s it! The student MUST bring this voucher into the studio to redeem it (for private lessons, courses etc). Please make the student aware that the voucher is like currency and not to lose it!!
