Conditions of Enrolment
PLEASE CHOOSE CAREFULLY BEFORE ENROLLING IN A COURSE AS THERE ARE NO REFUNDS ONCE A COURSE HAS COMMMENCED.
REFUNDS
1. NO REFUNDS are granted once a course has commenced. A refund request submitted 7 days or less before the commencement date of a course will incur a $15 administration fee.
TRANSFERS
1. Transfers from one course to another are only permitted if done within 24 hours of the first lesson. This will however incur a $20 Transfer Fee per course PLUS the cost of the first class (usually $15).
2. No Transfers are allowed after 24 hours after commencement of the course.
The success of our courses relies on the efficient balancing of male to
female ratios and this can only be achieved by depending on consistent
attendance. If a student pulls out of a course after the first night, we at
least have some chance of finding a replacement for the course. However we have to provide a free private lesson (worth $60) to this new student in
order to catch them up on the material they’ve missed. From this point
onwards though we have no chance of filling a placement hence we are
severely compromised by any changes to courses once they’ve begun.
PRIVATE LESSONS
1. A deposit of $30 applies to all NEW private lessons (fee is not
applicable for ongoing arrangements).
2. Lesson must be cancelled or rescheduled 24 hours before original
scheduled time or deposit will be forfeited.
3. Remainder of lesson fee to be paid at the lesson.
4. No refunds given for cancellations, only credit.
CASUAL CLASSES
1. Refunds considered only after class has been running 15 minutes.
2. Refunds considered only if leader/follower ratio exceeds 2:3 (eg: 10
leaders and 15 followers).
3. Discount cards are non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash. A
card may only be used by the person to whom the card was issued.
SILVER PACKAGES (For Levels 102 and Higher)
1. Only ONE Silver Package is available to any one student for 102 level (or higher) courses in which a FULL course payment has been made ie. it does not apply for repeat courses.
2. Lessons can not be taken with Principal Dance Instructors (Juan/Amanda)
3. Maximum of two people in one lesson (and must be one follower / one leader)
BEGINNER PACK LESSONS
1. 24 hours notice must be given for cancelling or rescheduling private lesson otherwise lesson will be forfeited.
2. Lessons must be BOOKED in within the period of the course.
