Courses
1. Place is only secured upon receipt of full payment.
2. No refunds given for cancellations, only credit.
3. Course transfers must be made within 24 hours of the first lesson. A transfer fee of $20 applies.

Private lessons
1. A deposit of $30 applies to all NEW private lessons (fee is not applicable for ongoing arrangements).
2. Lesson must be cancelled or rescheduled 24 hours before original scheduled time or deposit will be forfeited.
3. Remainder of lesson fee to be paid at the lesson.
4. No refunds given for cancellations, only credit.

Silver Packages
1. Only ONE Silver Package is available to any one student for 102 level (or higher) courses in which FULL payment has been received ie. it does not apply for repeat courses or students on Accelerated Programs.
2. Lessons can not be taken with Principal Dance Instructors (Juan/Amanda)
3. Maximum of two people in one lesson (and must be one follower / one leader)

Beginner Pack Private Lessons
1. 24 hours notice must be given for cancelling or rescheduling private lesson otherwise lesson will be forfeited.
2. Lessons must be BOOKED in within the period of the course.

Casual classes
1. Refunds granted only after class has been running 15 minutes
2. Refunds given only if gender ratio exceeds 2:3 (eg: 10 males and 15 females)
3. Discount cards are non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash. They can only be used by the person the card is issued to.
